I haven't worked on FlashSFV in such a long time, this is the latest GUI design. I'm still not totally happy with it.

The main reason I decided to post this is because this version supports huge files > 2gb.

Sorry for the late return, but this app is excellent! No more command-line stuff for me.. That is, if anything, that would probably the one thing missing. If you could shoose by way of the start-up wether to use the GUI or a shell-output...Woah!

I like it Bigstar, i think i might just change programs and use this ;-)

One thing that would be nice, is for it to remember the files that it already has checked successfully, this way the program doesn't have to go through the lot again

Now the problem Bigstar...

This seems to happen when i right click a folder to create a sfv file on a network share, see pix

I don't actually have the source code to FlashSFV v2.3 beta 8 anymore :/ One day I decided to completely re-write FlashSFV, some how I neglected to backup my source code for beta 8. I have beta 7 but beta 8 was a huge leap forward.

Looks real good, any chance you can add "assoiate with extension" so it can/will open upon double click on *.sfv, like PDSFV which im currently using right now, but if you can add that, im gonna switch immediatly :)

I know you lost the SRC for b8 but think it over if you ever gonna re-write it :)

You CAN do that already. Those settings are in the options. Go take a look....

Huge thanks for the md5 support. Now I can ditch the other programs and use FlashSFV for both md5 and the occasional sfv.

I dont know how to explain this properly, but im gonna give it a try :)

As a new feature it could be pretty nice, if you could add an "automatic close program" upon 100% complete SFV check.

So I can associate FlashSFV with batch programs to automatic SFV files/archives and then, when it is finished it will automatic shutdown the program, so I dont end up with multiply instances open :)

And also if you could make it, so incase of bad/missing files
it creates files named like this:

-[Demo.r01.missing]-
-[Demo.r32.bad]-

And a subfolder like:

-[100% Complete]- or what ever the percentage is.

Maybe even make the start/end trail customizeable
I mean the -[ ]-

Im looking forward to some response on this :)

If you read above, bigstar says that he lost the source code and did not have the time to re-write build 8... which means he cannot add features at the moment.

And im only suggesting incase he is gonna re-write SCR v8 :)

Just wanted to say that FlashSFV works perfectly on WinXPpro dutch version. No lags, no cpu peaks or memory peaks and no errors what so ever. Nice program!
