problem to upload files

I am use the FlashFXP 2.0 built 906, and my OS is windows 2k Pro, I got a problem while uploading files, for example while I upload 10 files may be two or three file can not upload. It show message below

227 Entering Passive Mode (210,221,55,49,12,44)
STOR bu.wmv
550 bu.wmv: Cannot create file.
Transfer Failed!
TYPE A
200 Type set to A.
PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (210,221,55,49,12,45)

150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for /bin/ls.
226 Transfer complete.
Transfer queue completed
1 File failed to transfer

All the files are created by myself, what can I do to solve this problem.

The ftp server may have banned that file type (.wmv). This is common on free web space to prevent people uploading multimedia files.
