can log on but can see directories

I can log on but thats it I get a list error. This is the only site I have trouble with.

this is where your problem is.
either enable PASV mode or go to preference, "Proxy/Firewall/Ident" tab and enable "Bind sockets to this address:" and enter your inet ip address there.

Tries binding IP I'm supposed to put my internal ip(192.168.1.40) in there correct?
still doesnt work

in that case enable PASV transfer mode

this is how i got it working

Under Options>Preferences>Proxy/Firewall/Ident

1)Check "Limit Local Range"

2)I Select a hundred ports (just to be safe) I used 30000-30099

3) Check "Bind local ports to this IP:"

4) Enter your external IP address

5) In my firewall i created new rule to forward these ports to internal ip
