Problems Connecting

everytime i try to connect any server. it cant saying:

Connection failed (Connection refused)
Delaying for 120 seconds before reconnect attempt #1

and so it tried to reconnect like 10 times and it still wont work. i kept trying other servers such as servers that are given when u install it. please help me fix this problem

Are you using a software firewall? Please insure it's properly configured.

If you were previouly using a firewall and removed it, please insure it was properly removed. Using an uninstaller other than the one provided by the firewall maker may leave parts of it still actively running in the background.

Make sure the port is set to 21 (assuming that is the port on the site you're connecting to) and the IP is correct. That's the most common reason for connection failures.
