saving site list

hi

can anyone tell me how to save my site list. i need to back my machine up.

I have seen there is a sites file in the flashfxp folde but the passwords are encrypted ( obiviously ).

Anyone help

just backup sites.dat file..
after reinstall/restore just copy that file back to ffxp dir and all your sites are there :)
