how do i get in? [Archive] - FlashFXP Forums

hi,
i have just downloaded flash fxp 2.1 from the site and i want to have a trial run of it first to see what it is like, but i can not log on to the program?

do i go to quick connect to get connected? because one where it asks me to fill in some details that i dont know of?

am i ment to go some where else to log on?

please help :(

FlashFXP is not some p2p network to which you just connect.
FlashFXP is an ftp CLIENT that is used to connect to ftp SERVER.
just like Internet Explorer or Mozilla are web CLIENTS that are used to connect to web SERVERS.
can you connect to a web site if you don't know it's address? no :)
same with ftp. you must know where you want to connect..
