site to site transfer problem

the problem is... i set up a Serv-U FTP Server v2.5h on a computer at work, and i want to FXP a file from a friends computer... but its not working. both servers are fxpable with other servers like the one from my home. this is the log:

try to enable "alternative fxp" in site manager for one of the sites

tried alternative fxp method and it still isnt workin :(
