the FlashFXP keeps hiding

when i minimize it to tray....restore them minimize again... after a couple times' when i restore it it thinks for a moment' then when i minimize it again it hids.

i can see it in the task manager
and i know it keeps downloading but how do i fix that? :\


i have win xp pro
and about the flash fxp version it happens to me with all of them.
