limit sessions

I was just wondering, is it possible to limit the amount of flashfxp sessions running simultaniously? So that my brother can only use one download for example?

you can limit number of logins from a single user on a server.
and you can limit bandwidth for uploads and downloads on a server or in flashfxp.
but you can not limit how many instances of flashfxp is running.
