Stay On Top

I think it will b nice to have a option Stay on Top of the Desktop !?

Out of curiosity... why? Usually, I have FlashFXP running in the tray.

coz i dont like it every time to switch between the windows .....
and want to have it on the top ....... ;)
this function is in alot of programs !!!
and iam working in a cascade mode and sometime i dont want any progams to go in the background .....
