Running WinXP Pro, all updates installed. FlashFXP version 2.1 build 922. FTP server is Win2k Server, running IIS FTP. Network config : Firewall is smoothwall firewall, then to a speedstream DSL router.

I just threw my firewall back up and put my ftp server behind it. Im unable to connect with FlashFXP nor any other ftp clients.

Here is the log. Ive tried setting Flash to IP Masq/NAT/Non routable IP but that doesnt seem to work.

Thanks in advance, again. :)

No longer a problem. Changed the port to 21 and opened 20 on my firewall. Im guessing port 20 is for passive connections.

LOL, ill know not to post my ftp address with my log files now.
Whoever 213.196.193.137 belongs to was in my ftp (forgot to disable anonymous logins). Snagged a few files and decided to create about 8000 directories in my incoming folder. Anyways, it was a good lesson!

BTW, if whoever was in my box was trying to take it down, it didnt work. My l33t overcooked celeron is still up and running. But thats not an invite to try and hack me again, just some nfo.

I checked the logs and it appears to have been a guest user.

You really need to be cautious posting ip addresses to the forums, I have banned this ip from our forums.

Thanks! I didnt even think of that being an issue, but again, I was not thinking. I talked with a friend and its apparently some exploit on windows boxes that will create a bunch of directories that you cannot delete. There was only one folder that I could not delete from windows, but I did from dos .. oh well, ill be switching my ftp to linux soon. Thanks for the help bigstar!
