Please add a checkbox in the Preferences so that a separate log is generated for each site, not a global one. Exactly like in SmartFTP which got that feature allready, would be rocking!!!

Agreed. Per site logging would be a good feature.

otherwise the next best thing would be that the log file be slit into daily logs
