View Full Version : clicking the up-right "x" makes FlashFXP shutdown...could I avoid this?

I mean, I'd like it to simply reduce itself to a tray icon, instead of closing; but found no options to do that.

I found the option to reduce in tray when I click the minimize button, but that's not what I'm looking for...

If there's no way, a good suggestion for future releases would be to add this option.

The up-right "x" on Windows programs is designed to close the program and not to minimize it.

I agree with DYN_DaTa.

It makes far more sense to have the Minimize button actually minimize it, whether it be to the taskbar, or the system tray. "X" should close it.

Besides, how difficult is it to move the mouse 25 pixels to the left ;)

options, "Display" tab, "Place in tray when minimized"
or F9 is minimize to tray regardless the settings above.

You might try F6, Options, Confirmations...

There you can setup all sort of casa you need confirmation about, even Exit with non empty queue.
