first a icon that you can directly (de)activate skiplist...
then second.. for every site that you add in sitemanger.. sprecifyc skiplists & priority lists..

How about entry in right-click menu "Add filename to skiplist" or something? Would be sweet.

i can't see when a user would need many files in the skip lst to have this sort of option to adding them. Also if you where to add many items here it may become a little bloated and start to slow things down a little
