cant fxp

I have this problem pepol cant fxp to me, but i can fxp to them.
Can it be becours i are behind a firewall where som of the incoming port are closed, and when you fxp its uses a random port?

Or what can be the problem:confused:

Yes, More than likely the firewall is to blame.
