As Above..

I've just gotten myself the FlashFXP v2.0 Build 900..

OS: WindowsXP with Service pack 1, firewall turned OFF.

Alright, here's my problem:

when i connect to 2 ftps and i click on a file to transfer, it'll show this error. this happens 100% of the time. both ftps are system administrator accounts.

STOR <filename>.zip
150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for <filename>.zip.
RETR <filename>.zip
150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for <filename>.zip(1769454 bytes).
426 Data connection closed, file transfer <filename>.zip aborted.
Transfer Failed!

anyone knows why this might be happening? i'm able to download and upload files though.

many thanks in advance. :(

After that error, when i try to do anything, it'll echo

"Connection in use, try again later"

Any idea guys?

upgrade flashfxp to the newest available build. and we need to see more of status log, and enable timestamping.

Btw, i browsed thru a few threads and it seems like FXP can not take place thru port 21?

some routers will screw up fxp on port 21

Hmm, FXP works for me now after changing all the ports. Only problem now is.. I can only see the elasped time, the Remaining time shows ??:??.. how can i correct this error? Thanks

time remaining is a guess, if it takes longer then expected it will appear with question marks.

To better explain this, the Time Remaining is a calculated estimate based on the average time it took to transfer previous files. Because of the way FXP technology (Direct Site To Site Transfer) works, FlashFXP is never aware of the current progress of the file transfer... it simply initates the transfer and waits until the site is ready for another file.
