Joining files/making the game work?

I just downloaded a game (not sure on your copyright so wont say) But it was seperated into 46 different files, and I am not sure how to put all the files together to make the game work, or make it a .exe. So any help on a program or what I can do would be great, I tried rar and ace to no avail, so help would be great.

you need a help with illigally downloaded software which has nothing to do with FlashFXP.
you'll have to look for help elsewhere.
