forums have a little *.fce files for download(for example :ioFTPD Command Set (Import) .....),But I do not know how to use it :(

these are command packs so you can run commands on a FTP server if you have permission to so (most commands can't be run without the right permission)

to install these in flashfxp go to;

Commands>edit commands (or press F7)

in the left plane, right click and select import.

now you'll see all the commands here
