Quickly check all sites to see if they are still up [Archive]

I'm wondering, is there some way to check all my sites, to see if they are still up, and to know which ones are down? Is there a program that can do this? Because I have many FTP sites where I download game patches, etc., and so I would like a quick way of checking them to see if they are still up, so that I don't have too many sites at one time in my FlashFXP.

other than manualy checking there is no way.
