LiveUpdate doesnt work for me

Hi
My problem is that auto update doesnt work for me .
It stop when i d/l fxp v2 bulid902 .So to get new version i had to redownload ffxp now i have bulid 906 .
when i click update i just get error cant connect
running win2k server no firewall .
Mybe i missing some settings .Can some help me

make sure that in settings for liveupdate you have correct proxy settings..

well i dunno about what setting u talking .can u specifi more
i know that live update has options there direct connect and conect tru http proxi but i dont know setting i have to put there
like ip address port
now i have direct connection check

If your using a Firewall with a privacy filter. Most software firewalls offer this now. The privacy filter will prevent FlashFXP from sending important information to the webserver that is used for validation and as a result the update check fails.

Also the update check uses a http connection, if your firewall isn't configured properly it may be blocking the connection attempt.
