Hi, I'm new to flash fxp and have been using SmartFTP before. There I could transfer files in a global queue and download as many files as i wanted simultaniously (threads) and still browse in the ftp. Is this possible in flash as well?

no.
FlashFXP can transfer only one file at a time.
if you want additional transfers you can open another instance by pressing F12.
