So basically I'm on a FTP that has a quota for download per session.

How would I disconnect on completion of errors (no quota left till end of queue) then reconnect and resume queue and auto resume?

it's impossible to do it automaticaly in FlashFXP.
FlashFXP is not a leechers too.
