FFXP Reconnecting after each file download

I sometimes run across this situation with FTP servers I am logging onto with FFXP. I am DLing multiple 10MB+ archives and a glance at my FFXP status window reveals that after EACH file, FFXP (loses?) the connection and has to reconnect and begins the next file download. I have had this happen with other people logging onto my Server (Serv-U) and was told that it was due to the FTP client (not the server) being misconfigured. Is there something I can adjust in FFXP to prevent this from happening?

It would be very helpful if you could include a timestamped status log.

Timestamp can be enabled by right-clicking on the status window and selecting "Timestamp". You must activate timestamp prior to testing.
