Does it FlashFXP support 128+ bit secure connection?

So.. can I connect to a server using more than 128 bit encoding (I think 168), or this sw made under the law of the "land of freedom" {8-)

I can connect to my buddies ftp with 168bit encryption. He's using Raiden I believe.
