Can't transfer anything - transfer always greyed out

Installed FlashFXP to have a look at it and everytime I go into a ftp site, right click on a file, the transfer options are always greyed out, so I've managed to download absolutely nothing with this program.
Using WinXP.

Every other program I've had a look at works perfectly except for this one.

Firstly, which build of FlashFXP are you using ?

and when you are right clicking (trying to transfer) are you either a) connected to another site (to FXP) or b) have the local browser window open on the other side ?

I'm using Version 2.0 (build 906)

Windows XP
Athlon 2200+
512meg DDR2700
etc

Top left windows shows persons directory contents.
Top right window empty.
Bottom left window empty.
Bottom right window has FTP connection information it it.

Ah...! Figured it out now. You have to click on the local browser icon in the top right window to open details of my hard drive!
Now it works, thanks :-)
