asking for an ftp site is like asking for a web site..

castlecreator, inside FlashFXP press F4. At the left side of that new window you'll see a list of public FTP servers where you can try FlashFXP downloading what you want.

I havent been able to download anything, well if I have I cant find where its storing it.

FlashFXP is nothing like p2p.
if you are looking for illigal copyrighted material this is not the place and such discussions will not be tolerated here.
like DYN_DaTa said, FlashFXP comes with a set of default sites that you can use to check out FlashFXP.
if that's not enough what kind of sites are you looking for?

Sounds like he heard some kids on the bus or school or something... "KaZaA is good, but ftp is so much better." and in his ignorance he thought ftp was just another p2p software.
