Connection failed (Address already in use)

Connecting to ::TEST FTP::
Connection failed (Address already in use)
Delaying for 120 seconds before reconnect attempt #1

I`m getting this ALL THE time :(

If i disconnect from TEST FTP manually, then try to reconnect &/or
connect from the drop down i get this error

The only way to aviod it, is to connect to another site in that window, then try and connect to the TEST FTP from the other window

In Preferences > Firewall Tab, Are you using the BIND to IP option? More than likely it contains an invalid/wrong IP address.
