Be able to select sound device to play sound events on

Since nowadays most motherboards have built-in sound and probably many people have more than one soundcard it will be nice to be able to choose from **any** sound device other than the default set on windows to play the 'connect' sounds

I have the onboard sound connected to a cheap speaker, since I do other stuff with 'real' soundcards I'd like to hear FlashFXP sounds on the almost-unused onboard soundchip ;)

Just a little and easy to implement suggestion from a future customer :D

Not saying this is hard or easy, just always a comment on sugesstsions that it 'should be easy'
