Firewall problem

I am Using Outpost Firewall, and everytime i try to upload with Outpost firewall on, it never completes it.......

So i have to shut down the firewall in order to uplaod files......

How do I get it to be able to upload files without me having to shut down my firewall?

what do you mean "never completes"
we need to see flashfxp log to see what's going on.
most likely something is wrong with your firewall rules that cuase this.
