Setup for Use Behind a Firewall

Any help will do, it says this:

and keeps repeating the same message no matter what I try to connect to. I checked the PASV mode box but still no affect, as a matter of fact I checked and unchecked them all lol. Thanks in advance for the input.

OS ?

Are you running a firewall ? if so, which ?

Is the site running a firewall ?

What ftp server is the site running ?

Can you connect to other sites ?

Are you using a proxy server ?

Etc, remember your at your computer, not us.
