Hm... I recieved that:
Warning: FlashFXP is busy executing another command, Press Abort to abort previous command.
when left side of FlashFXP connected to ftp, and right side trying to connect to ftp...
So why FlashFXP cant do command for left side wich is connected normally and idling when right side is busy?

Does the command contain the "&switch" command? this command requires both sides to be non-busy.

After further investigation this appears to be a bug. It will be resolved in the maintenance release.

This bug has been fixed in v2.0 build 906.
