Swap panels..

One thing that would be great would be a little button that allowed you to switch left<->right.

Eg:
Site a | Site b
*click*
Site b | Site a

When Uploading/Downloading to alot of ftps at the same time it would be nice to be able to arrange then a little bit. Like left = downloading. Right = uploading.

Yeah, might be useful IMHO.
I sometimes do what you say (swap site)... but having to reconnect sucks :(
