One day it was working just fine, the next day WHAM no more connections. I have installed other FTP software since and they work just fine. FlashFXP has just stopped working. I redownloaded the software and installed over my existing installation and it did not help. Any suggestions?

Oh, I am running 2.0

try this
uninstall flashfxp, delete flashfxp dir and reinstall.
