"insert stop" function for queue

an "insert stop" function for the queue would be VERY helpful. by right clicking in the queue you could insert a "stop" in the queue. and when the queue reached that point, it would not go on to transfer the rest (everything below). this is a feature in bpftp and should be very do-able.
