Hi,
I've already searched the forum for an answer about this problem, but haven't found anything yet.
I found a way how to reveal normal site passwords (Sites -> Security -> etc..), but what I lost is the password for my Proxy login and I can't see any way how to reveal it :(
Please help me with this, it's really of great importance..
thanks a lot in advance

I'm sorry but there is no way to reveal it directly from FlashFXP.

thanks for your quick answer, i've found out a way now how to reveal it..
there are certain programs that are able to recover the encrypted (or rather "hidden") passwords in windows xp, after some research i finally got it decrypted ;)
thanks again & cu..

err.. I don't see your problem..
FlashFXP keeps asking you for a proxy password you don't know any more?
Well then it seems to be invalid anyway.. why don't you simply delete or disable it?

Just run a sniffer for tcp traffic on your where flashfxp is installed. FTP username/password text is NOT encrypted and very easy to sniffer it out. As a matter of fact, i lost a ftp password today and was able to use a sniffer to retrieve it.
For a good sniffer, go to http://www.sniffer.com/ for more info.
