ya know i don't mind not getting my key as much as i mind being ignored. Employees also do their employer a disservice by insinuating that customers are stupid or lying. Its hard enough for people in the software business to get paid, insulting the people who do pay surely isn't wise. Luckily for this program, the program itself and the developer are excellent enough to overcome the lack of foresight of those who ride coattails.

I did reply to you, I provided you with all of the necessary information to contact us.

The thread was closed because people were posting stuff that didn't need to be said. They were out of line. Rather then to continue deleting their posts it was easier to close the thread. I don't think there was anything more that needed to be said.
