Site Manager

I have downloaded FlashFXP R2. I find it suits all my needs. i am contemplating purchasing it.
Hoever i have noticed 1 problem: I create new groups and sites in the Site Manager. After closing and restarting FlashFXP i find that all the sites I had created do not appear in the Site manager. I also find that there is no provision to save the Site Manager data to disk.

What am I doing wrong? Is it that the Site Manager functionalities get activated only in the registered version?

FlashFXP RC2 is outdated and no support is provided to it.
upgrade to FlashFXP 2.0 final.

FlashFXP doesn't allow empty groups. A group must contain atlest one site.
