Flash FXP isn't registered under Windows PE

Hi I am trying to register Flash FXP for use on my Windows PE usb stick I downloaded the latest usb installer and I registered the program but when I put it on my Windows PE disk it isn't registered anymore can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong thanks so much.

You need to put FlashFXP on your Windows usb device and then register it while FlashFXP is running from the usb device.
