It looks NT5 server are unable to fxp on it ?
NT4 and Unix works fine, but noone NT5 works or can I configure my system or Flash FXP for it ?

By default MS IIS FTP v5.0 does not allow FXP there's a how-to on our site that explains how to enable it. It's located here (http://www.flashfxp.com/support.php?Sect=howto#msiis)
