Via Customer Area not downloadable, get the actual 4.1

Thank you I have corrected the download link, the problem was caused by a .htaccess rule that always points to the latest release.

I have moved the 4.0 release to a new download location so that it will always download the correct version.

I also noticed that the wrong build number was listed, this is actually 1548 and not 1535.
