Fxp failed in WinXP

just upgraded to Winxp from Winme

every works great untill i try to fxp.

error = 425 Can't open data connection

FXP'ing has nothing to do with your computer/os or connection, the problem will be with one of the servers.

Actually, it is most likely winXP's built in firewall...try opening the ident port (113) or you can disable it if you like

i have Disabled the ICF in WINXP, now im back to work
