I cant FXP, Have Netgear RP114 Router

no matter the sites i am connected to i simply cannot fxp, unless it is from remote site to my site using my local ip, whenever i try to fxp from one site to anotehr i get this

i am guessing it is my router, please help me i need to fxp :p

i checked the site there is nothing there that can help me, somebody that knows what is wrong with my netgear rp114 router and fxping from site to site please help me
