When you make a custom command, the help-tab (that displays what commands can be used) includes the window parameter, and a brief description. To have the custom command's output pop up in a window, you need to start the command with the window command, that'll pop up the window, and go from there.

Okay, D-an-W, here's what you do;
Start the custom command with '&window' on the first line, then do the site command on the next. That way the result will be echoed to the window rather than the log-window. It might still be logged tho, if you have logging enabled. I never bothered to check that..Anyhow, that's about it.
