Site to Site auto Sync

Hi guys, excuse me if I have posted this in the wrong area.

But I am after a way / script / program to do FXP transfers automatically via 2 FTP sites. SSL is a must.

Also if this script / program can auto schedule the syncing.

Please any feedback needed.
