Site to site transfer fails

When I try to transfer a file from one pub to another connection is lost. See log below :

And again and again. Any suggestion?

Some FTP-servers may be set up to refuse FTP_bounce, ie. site-to-site transfers and as a result, also block FlashFXP when used this way. You might want to try without the passive mode.
