resuming transfer if the server ip has changed?

is this even posible? i have a rather large file to download using dialup and the server's ip has changed, now when i try to resume the download flashfxp tries to connect to the old server's ip. any way of stoping that and resuming from the current ip? :(

just connect to new ip and start d/ling that file.
make sure that your when file exist rules are properly configured
