is it possible to create a news-system similar to those seen on glftpd sites?

For example: !addnews Site is online and everything is looking good.

would make the trigger !news announce the following by the bot:

<SOMEBOT> Added 2007-01-24 HH:MM > Site is online and everything is looking good.

look for stormNews in script section. does just that.

if it i sure can't find it, tried to search for storm and news (and stormnews) even tried googling for "stormNews" site:inicom.net but that didnt work either, got a link?
