FlashFXP does change the small characters from files and folders into capital letters.

image.png --> IMAGE.PNG
image.gif --> IMAGE.GIF
..

when i try to browse the uploaded web sites then the server will not find these files so i get a 404.
Do i have to change all file caracters manually with FlashFXP?

build 1080 is no longer supported.
upgrade to the latest available version and try again.

The latest version of flashFXP has a filename conversion in the preferences (globally), or site manager (per-site), that lets you change the case.
