New user!!!Please help

Dearest friends at FXP forum,

Just today I got my FlashfXp installed and running. but I am unable to connect any site. My details are as follows.
I am behind firewall and a proxy server runnig with Winproxy.
I configured in the FlashFXP options for 'http proxy'with the ip address of the proxy server and port number 80. and opted for 'passive mode'.I have teken defauklt mode for firewall port range from '1024' to '2048'. Inspite of this I am unable to connect to any server.

Please help me.
I also request you to give any example site addresses so that I can try and connect.

Are you sure port 80 is the correct port? I believe the default http proxy port for winproxy is 8080.

I tried with 8080 also.Again I wan uanble to connect. Got the message 'Connection Refused'
Example:Connecting to mujadin.net via Proxy #2
Connection failed (Connection refused).

do I need to do any other settings??

Please help.

it sounds like you need to verify your winproxy configuration, make sure the port you setup is the one you're connecting to with FlashFXP.
