if a file is incomplete and you queue it to transfer it appears in the queue with the incomplete file size (well.. duh)
if you stop the queue and refresh the dir contents to queue more files, this file may be complete..
but.. it is still queued as the incomplete file size
ha nothing major.. but looks untidy!
